Worst customer service ever

I am very ****ed right now I took in my phone for repairs on the 22 January 2024,I was told I should wait for 3 weeks,fast forward yesterday I called the store to find out wether my phone was ready for collection or not guess what? The stupid technician was on lunch he didn't even bother to call me back,today when I called he gave me an excuse to say he was busy with other clients in the store.Apparently I cannot get my phone anymore they should give me another one.So my question is that had I haven't phone when was I going to get the feedback regarding my phone.TECHMARKIT is very useless I would never buy anything from this store ever again.What a pathetic service I got,I'm so annoyed.
