Worth a visit
I have bought multiple times from TechMarkit and have always found them to be friendly and helpful. They offered me good tech advice, especially when I didn't know the "in's and out's" of my product. My last purchase was an iPhone 16 which was in mint condition and has been working perfectly. I would definitely recommend them for pre-owned tech and new accessories.

Such an amazing experience!!
Bought 3 things from them over the years and every time the service was impeccable. Ordered at both the Menlyn store as well as online. Very friendly staff and always go the extra mile. The pre owned laptop I bought was also in excellent condition and exactly as described. Would highly highly recommend!

No Refund
Bought Acer Aspire laptop, R5,599.01 paid 24/05/2026, returned laptop to TechMarkit on 31/05/2026. All docs submitted. 37 days later, no refund received despite repeated calls and emails. I received an email on 06/07/2026 stating that my refund is being processed, same feedback you get when you call them. In terms of the Consumer Protection Act Section 20, a refund should be made within 15 business days of return. As a result I have escalated the matter to NCC.

My Refund money for the Lenovo Laptop is still not received ,even after 14 days.
I bought a Lenovo Laptop on 31 May 2026 for R4499.The laptop was not functioning well .It would just randomly switch off or not switch on. I returned it on 12 June 2026. Till this day I have not received my refund back .The part that does not make sense is that I paid half of the money R2600 in cash,they could not do an EFF of the R2600 since it was paid on cash to them? I am still waiting for my mom they just sent a payment stating that the payment was done on the 19nth of June .This money still has not reflected to the account and today is the 25th of June 2026.This is tiring. I am not even being responded to when I tell them that it does not make sense for the money to have not reflected by now. The 14 days have already passed, I still don’t have my money.

Repeated Incomplete Deliveries & Poor Customer Service
I’ve had repeated delivery issues with TechMarkit. On two separate orders, I purchased two devices but only received one each time. There was no communication from TechMarkit until I followed up myself. While the first issue was eventually resolved, the same problem happened again months later. Customer service also refused to escalate the matter to a manager. Good prices, but unreliable delivery and poor communication.

Poor After sale Service
Very disappointing service by the Brach and it's store Manager (Rosebank), no sense of urgency , no empathy, poor after sale service, they only care when you buy

Awesome Service and Great Turnaround
Order process seemed straight forward and not layered with multiple unnecessary process, even thought it's ****mish...Order arrived quick. They followed up to check in with me and the phone I ordered is in immaculate condition - great value for money. Would recommend to anyone.
