Techmarkit Menlyn Mall: What Have You Done?!

A little over a week ago I was at Menlyn mall. Overwhelmed with excitement at the prospects of finally buying my phone. Walked into the shop to be welcomed by the most courteous of staff members.

To my unsavoury surprise, I faced issues with the payment plan that was on offer (technical glitches) A gent by the name of Kieth comes to my rescue with helping me register my Payflex account,giving me hope of having my dream phone in my possession. If you can imagine the frustration I was in, then surely you can understand the relief I got when my attendants (Elisa and Kieth) exercised patience and courtesy in my favour.😁.

I write this review with a heart still beaming with pride and joy over the service I got. From helping me set up my new phone and giving me recommendations on taking care of my new baby; As one could imagine, I am very pleased with my experience at the shop.

Suffice to say they have gained a new loyal customer in me. A big shoutout to Elisa Ntuli and Kieth, your service game is commendable. 🫶🏾
