Stupid refund policy

The service was great till I returned the product. It has been over 14 days and I am still waiting for my refund to come through. I have been to the store multiple times and have been given different timelines and stories, all timelines have passed and I am now being ignored. the transaction was FNB to FNB and it should have not taken this long.
