Poor choice in courier
I don't think the service was bad.
However, they chose to use RAM couriers. And like it or not, the decision to do so affects your ability to access the product you purchased from them. RAM has a notoriously bad reputation - and TechMarkit knows this.
My parcel still hasn't been delivered, and I'm stuck in an endless admin loop of not knowing when or where it's going to be delivered. Worse yet, if there's a change in delivery address I can't tell whether I'm going to be billed extra.
A better choice of delivery service would have made this a 5-star rating.

They're accountable. Within minutes of posting the review above, I had a sales agent phone me to assist. They were apologetic and resourceful.
I like it when a company does what they say they'll do, but it's a far better test of their character when they take responsibility for a poor decision.
