There aren't enough stars on your rating system for the excellent customer service I've experienced with Techmarkit.co.za. I interacted with David on Saturday and he was patiently answering the 37, 5 questions I had about a MacBook I wanted to purchase. I received the laptop (after 24 hours of purchase nogal) only to find that I forgot to ask about the size ( was too small for the work I do). The process of returning the product was smooth. David went the extra mile to help me get another laptop with a different supplier - I'm blown away by the level of service, excellence and friendliness. Sandra and Shaun made sure my refund was processed speedily. This team is top tier thank you Techmarkit!
