Great Service

I'd like to give recognition to the excellent service I've gotten throughout my purchasing journey with Techmarkit.

I purchased an Acer laptop which was unfortunately sold to another customer at the same time and so in resolution I was offered the same model which they found stock for a few days later. There was a price discrepancy in my new machine and the last but without fail they reimbursed me by the amount short the very next day and sent me a new invoice reflecting the correct amount.

When the laptop arrived I realised I didn't quite like it and returned it, through constant communication with a lady by the name of Irene I was able to communicate what I was looking for after which she worked behind the scenes to make my desired purchase possible. On top of this she also offered me the laptop I wanted at a lesser amount to match my original purchse price.

It was a pleasure dealing with the team, and I can 100% say I was handled with respect and care.
