Feedback on Recent Purchase Experience

I’d like to express my gratitude to Prince and Irene for their outstanding service during my recent MacBook Air purchase. They were professional, attentive, and helpful when I called to follow up on my online order, and they really made the experience a positive one for me.

That said, I also want to share some constructive feedback. On one occasion, my call was answered but then put on hold while the staff member finished a casual conversation with a colleague, which came across as unprofessional. While this was disappointing, it’s clear that there are team members like Prince and Irene who truly uphold high standards and leave customers with a great impression of TechMarkit.
