Exceptional service, one amazing team!

I had a problem with my payment which I would like to point out was not TechMarkit's fault, but the payment solution provider. I sent an email to TechMarkit and within the hour Mark contacted me to find out what happened. Together with the finance team, I was reassured that they would sort everything out. The product I tried purchasing was reserved and the next morning Mark let me know that the issue had been resolved and the item was dispatched that same day! The biggest thank you to this team for working so diligently to provide reassurance to customers when a problem arises AND for working so speedily to dispatch orders!
