Dishonest sales consultant

I sold a laptop at the Rosebank branch and I advised the sales consultant that the sale should be prioritized as it is urgent. He promised to do so by sending an email to the person in charge of this kind of transactions. I was told it would take less than 14 days. I have not received my payment till today. When I call, I get excuses. I was misled just for someone to benefit on the sale. I will never use them again. Sadly I have used them before this year and received my money within 5 days, thanks to Meshack.
