I was stunned at the exceptional customer service. The item I ordered did not pass the final quality check before shipment. I got a call explaining the situation and was treated to an amazing upgrade to make up for it! In the end I paid R2200, but received an item to the value of R5000! I could not believed that people would still go the extra mile to this degree in today’s day and age. I felt valued as a customer and in safe hands. The tablet I received works perfectly. All in all a great experience and I would definately recommed buying from TechMarkit!
