Best customer experience

I saw a refurbished laptop on their website for a fairly reasonable price and the laptop was on sale for the one day. I was unable to make payment due to my internet connectivity. I had contacted TechMarkit and explained and a gentleman by the name of Sean Nelson had called me back and offered me the laptop at the sale price. Other online stores would not allow it as the promotion period would have elapsed. Very professional and efficient shipping. I am not advising people to take advantage of their excellent service however this company should really get a hats off!!!
