Appauling service and misinformation

I am beyond disappointed with the quality of customer service, it's below South African business standards. I purchased a laptop and had it returned because it was unable to complete simple tasks at a reasonable speed. I was misinformed about it, and no one told me about their tedious refund policy. The manager still to this day is unwilling to check why my refund is delayed.
