Good product, great service

Richard of TechExchange salvaged a shaky start to my 1st dealings with them, when the website refused my login and password after ordering and paying for a phone. When i found the phone number was on message i feared the worst, been caught before using South African on-line traders. So i was surprised and delighted when Richard contacted me, apologized, fixed the login and after that kept me posted on the progress of my purchase which arrived next day at 8 : 30 am. The product, a demo iphone , the box and contents were like new in all respects. i am delighted. I will use Techexchange again and recommend them highly. Pete J, Pinelands.
