Best online company, ever.
If you are looking for a credible, reliable and professional company, who goes over and beyond, then Techexchange is most definitely a brilliant option. After a different online company stole 13k from me, I was obviously nervous about placing another order. I emailed them and explained that I was apprehensive to order anything online anymore due to my experience a few days earlier. Within minutes I received a phone call from one of the friendliest and most professional people, who spoke me through the process and asked for more details of exactly what I was looking for. He then checked to ensure availability and spec of the device and stayed in direct contact with me, updating me constantly. This was not just an employee, but the CEO. Richard, THANK YOU.
