Good price but terrible service

I ordered an S10e last week. It was delivered promptly but in the wrong colour. Their correspondence has been terrible since I emailed them and they have yet to actually contact me. Luckily the colour of the phone is a minor issue but I wonder what would happen if there was a major problem. Their after sales service has been disappointing and I would not recommend them.
