Worst service providers

Tech 5 your service sucks after years of supporting you it simply gets worse. This month alone we have had 2 days of successful connectivity. After 10 calls in a space of 1 week the technician answering the complaint all sound like robots....please hold so we can try something new. 2 minutes later the answer is .. we have rebooted and again let's see if its successful after 2 minutes. What is this a 2 minute noodle quiz ??? Time to seek an independent provider who can provide the service we seek after paying years of subscriptions timeously...
