Unfair and ******** treatment

The awful experience that I had with Tech 5 (Durban) is absolutely disgusting. They terminated and handled my account with them when I only missed one payment, that is ******** and utterly ridiculous.

What type of company hands over to attorneys for missing one payment? When I ask to speak to a manager they don’t honor my request.

The fact that I had to reach out to them to find out why they didn’t debit my account just shows that they don’t care about their clients.

I won’t ever do business with your company!!!
