Terrible service & internet connection

Terrible service & internet connection- Internet keeps dropping. 6 months into the contract. I am cancelling and moving to a better provider because Tech5 cannot provide the service I need. They were not willing to waiver the installation charge charged with early cancellation as a penalty. Despite them not being able to provide a stable connection.
