Terrible service
I have had a terrible experience with Tech 5 and Vumatel . I've been waiting for a month to get someone out to install my fiber line with no luck. I have been sent from pill to post , with no one knowing what's going on or what to do.
They said they will get back to me and no one does , I have to keep following up all the time and nothing is being done.
The customer service is so poor and disappointing. No one makes note on the system about the queries or follows up on time.
