Tech5 poor service

Claim to have a big and very good client supply of Fiber in Durban. My Fiber cable is lying just outside my door and just needs to be put through the wall and router connected with connection confirmed with the ISP. Every time I ask for an update they say I must wait for the tech to make contact. 5 follow-ups and still same excuse. Apparently they don't have contact details for the technicians to complete installations. When I phone the office for management they can not transfer me. Not a good start at all but were very quick to get me signed up and banking details put on to their system...
