Tech5 Group *****ulent Dealing

Tech5 was a good fibre supplier until they started deducting unauthorized payments fluctuating every month for 4 months without any prior arrangement or notifications. When enquiring around the Consumer Protection process involving a product not performing its intended purpose and the misguided contractual agreements they simply offered me to cancel. I am deeply dissapointed that this organization made no attempt to resolve my query in an amicable way, nor attempt to apply legislative resolutions clearly guided in the various Credit Acts and Consumer Protection Act.

I will persue legal action and relay the matter to social media in order to inform future and current customers that this organization runs a reckless subscription service aimed at taking your money without delivering it's intended service.

I am currently signing up with new fibre service provider and completely regret the last 3 years of using this service
