Tech 5 Group is the worst, don’t use them!

Tech 5 is the worst service provider. Please make sure not to use them. They are the most ********* service provider I’ve come across.

I was with the for over 2 years and when the router broke down they shifted the blame to Vodacom, ignored my emails, WhatsApp message and all my call requesting to speak to a manager would always be responded to with they not available and we will get someone to call you back.

I cancelled the contract and even after being billed after the one month notice they proceeded to bill me again after o had not used their internet for the past two months due to it being broken and them failing to help me get it fixed and only shift the blame to another service provider I don’t have a contract with.

Don’t think about using this company ever. They are ********* and unprofessional!
