Service straight from HELL
Since Tech5 took over my account from ANO I have been struggling. Every month I have to call them coz the keep suspending my account saying I'm behind on payment. I spoke to the accounts department and was promised it is sorted last month and I was even one month in credit, now I am starting to thing that they do not even have an accounts department or they using a program to run their accounts department. They are clearly operating from a backroom. They don't answer whatsapp messages and eMails. I wish I knew about their awful service before.
