Run as far as you can from this service provider!

I signed up during black friday 2024 to start 1 December 2024. My service was only active mid December because they insisted that I can only use their router and not my own router, and thereafter took forever to deliver that router. I have had no connectivity on a few occasions as well. I am currently moving house at the end of June. I asked them if I can give them my new address so that I can continue with the service at the new address and their response is that I can continue with the service BUT they are going to charge me R899 cancellation fee because I am cancelling within 12 months. Say whaaaat? I have used multiple service providers before and have moved house quite a few times and NONE of them have ever charged me a cancellation fee. How ridiculous is this? I am telling them I will continue my service with them at the new address but they still say it changes nothing, they are charging me a cancellation fee. What on earth?????
