Poor Service

Signed up for their fibre, their support has been non existant. Internet connection is constantly dropping making it impossible to work from home. Hyperhood who are their affiliate do not even take customer calls. They are not providing the service yet threaten to charge full installation fee when one wants to cancel subscription.
