Pathetic Service Tech5

I have had the utmost , disgusting experience with Tech5, this company had no way in conducting business, they are unorganized and unreliable. It has taken them over 6 weeks to resolve my query , they are sending me emails regarding debit orders but they have not given me a service, they send you from pillow to post and ignore your messages and emails. They promise to get information and get back to you but nothing happens . Waiting for over 6 weeks just to get a line installed is ridiculous, if you cannot render a service you should state that upfront. I have sent through my cancelation form a long time ago due to YOU NOT PROVING ANY SERVICE AT ALL but there is still no response. Your service is pathetic.
