Pathetic service

This company has one of the worst customer and after sales service I have come across, I thought Telkom was bad, trust me this is ten time worse. Service has been down for the whole weekend with not even a concern or apology from them. Passing the buck to the network provider is a way of brushing you off, but when you contact the network provider (Vumatel), everything active from their side. When you ask to speak with management of Tech5, they are never available, and never call you back. That's how much this company values your business once you've signed up. Furthermore you call them, hold for ten minutes, and then you just cut off?
