Non delivery & support

Shocking service and negative reviews of non delivery as per comments below are accurate. Multiple months of fibre dropping and zero support with their 'support team'. Currently going on 27 days with no wifi, resulting in over 10 phone calls and 15 WhatsApp conversations with their support team, to still not have a service. This led me to canceling the service and told to comply with their 1 month termination, despite them confirming that they are unable to resolve my issue. Save your frustrations and find another service provider.
