No internet for 1 month

I have had a horrible experience with this company, they were very quick to take my money and install fiber, which is now going on 5 weeks where I havn't had a working fiber line from the first day it was connected and yet I keep getting charged for a service that doesnt work, and there IT Dept keeps giving a stupid generic response "restart the router", I can see from all the other 1 star reviews on here there is a definite underlying issue with there system/process that they are refusing to address
