Joke of an ISP

I have been working in the ISP industry for 8 years and I have never come across an ISP this bad. Firstly: You cannot simply move your connection to a new address, you have to cancel. Now because you are cancelling, per THEIR advice, I have to pay a penalty fee. Even though I was going to sign up again, just at the new place. Secondly: Their support line is pretty much non existent. I queried intermittent connection multiple times with no feedback. I was asked to Whatsapp them, but they only answered a few days later.
