Horrible service, lazy workers and very unprofessional

I am a new client and your service is horrible to say the least. I informed you guys that my Wifi is very slow very early in the morning you requested my personal details and that was it. I tried calling no avail. It's now late and I have not heard from you guys. I pay I don't get a free service and right now the service that I'm getting is ****. I don't take nonsense. I was with Arno unfortunately the business closed down and never had issues. I will not stand your nonsense. Ya'll better get back to me. I expect a good service and not nonsense. Ya'll don't even respond to emails, how many times have I sent emails to all your email addresses advising you that the email address that you using is not mine I even called accounts to give yall my email but I don't thing you guys know what you're doing.
