HORRIBLE SERVICE

Horrible service, all they can say they have escalated the issue not to resolve them. I have been without internet for 6 days now some of my neighbors are reconnected and i had internet for 2 days from another cut for 5 days

You get their so called support team laying and exching shift with lies again and what is worse you push them to do their work, they would come back with leam feedback just to keep you quite

The data i use for those days is way past the subscription i m paying them and i would never recommend anyone to use their services
