DON'T use Tech5.

I have had no wifi for over 24 hours and intermittent internet on the pc using an ethernet cable. The call centre is useless and the ***ardly senior manager has not phoned me back. They are a disgrace with no concern about the money they are costing their customers. Be warned. Do not use Tech 5.
