dont know what to say

Tech5 is my isp and frogfoot is my fibre provider. what can i say worst combo ever been going on for months now intermittent issues with my internet with no clear resolution as to what is going on and they just putting the blame on each other and im stuck with an unusable internet. excuse is its my cables that cant handle traffic but they work fine every other day so why dont they work when youtube doesnt even want to load. unfortunately frogfoot is the only fibre provider in my complex but am considering moving as there is no clear way of fixing this since no one actually knows whats going on.
