Tech5 downgraded fibre connections from synchronous to asynchronous, without any warning or notification to users (slashing upload speeds to 10% of original connections). When asked why they made the change they **** about it and tried to blame it on an upstream service provider issue (even though it had been confirmed to be a Tech5 decision to implement the change).

Attempts to get a response from management with no response.
