Disgusting Service

Service that is just **********. I've had so so many issues. I have not been able to connect for over a month, I've been told a million excuses. My phone calls, emails and whatsapp messages are hardly ever responded to. Every time I speak to someone new they give me a different story and every single time I've been told they cannot access my router. Surely if a router cannot be accessed, you would send a technician to have a look at the same? Clearly that is not a business decision for Tech 5. I have been a client for a good few years and to say the least, Tech 5 don't give a damn. Let's hope I get some assistance after this review.
