Bad service

I am moving to another province next year January 2025 my initial contact is ending now and no one contacted me l according to the contact I signed the supplier should inform me in 60/40 days before my contract end . Now I got another job opportunity I want to cancel my contract . Again on Friday I called them notifying them via telephone about my relocations .

I don't want to be invoiced for January 2025 hence I been sending emails

Instead I'm getting tickets numbers
