Bad service

Your support team is not helpful at all. My internet speed is as good as ZERO yet I'm paying for 50/50. I have reported on Friday, yesterday and again follow up emails. No response at all. If this can't be fixed, please move me to the lowest package. This is impacting my job negatively. I'm so disappointed 😡😡
