Bad!!!! Dont even dare?!!!

This ISP is the worst. Ever since they took over my account from Westnet my internet was problematic. A week ago my internet just went down, i made contact with them no reply on WhatsApp so i sent an email. They told me i havent paid since October. Bearing in mind its december now so how do you keep giving someone Internet if they haven't paid. So i sent proof of payments as i had never missed one payment. They told me account would have to look into this as they handed my account over, without making attempts to call me or email me. When i asked for proof they sent me a email which doesn't even show my email anywhere and when i asked them to show me whre it is addressed to me they couldnt answer me. Even till now my internet is off. Im so glad its the end of the contract. If i can advise you please dont go near this company its a ****
