Autocratic behaviour without recourse
Guys! Be careful of TECH5. They automatically upgrade you to a 200mb/s line without notifying you, and then when you want to downgrade, there is no single option.

You should have received communication from them regarding this change. Although the upgrade doubled your speed, we ensured that the pricing remained the same until our annual price adjustment.
