I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by Tech 5 Group (Openserve). The wifi connection is consistently slow, drops frequently, and customer support is unresponsive. It's like throwing money into a black hole. I've experienced numerous outages and disruptions, and the lack of reliable service is unacceptable.
