this is the company that don't give your product of money back. SAPS case

I bought a Inverter from Tech Global on 18 September 2022. They promised me the inverter within a week. on 27 September they told me that the couriers picked it up and that it will by with me on 30 September. On Monday 3 October I send them a mail that I still did not receive my inverter, and I asked for a refund. Since then they just ignore me. No email or any feedback from them. I contacted them via email, messenger, phone and no answer from any of them, and still without my money.
