Tech Global bad service

i ordered an Inverter and paid R11300 over. The promise was made that the delivery would be made on Monday the 6th of March. followed up 3 to 4 times by email and only heard once from them stating that they will get back asap but nothing was communicated. i opened a ***** case at the Bank and Saps.
