Shocking!!!!!

Paid for the LTE Uncapped product. Was assured of coverage. Received the sim. No coverage for Cell C after I was assured it would be MTN card. They didn't even bother to activate my sim. When I complained and asked for a refund they blocked me on Facebook and on their Livechat option on their website. No replies to my emails. After almost two months no refund, no service!! And oh their advertised phone number doesn't work. HUGE questionmarks about this business. They should be investigated!!!
