Possible theft?

Paid for uncapped wifi in the beginning of July. Still awaiting the delivery as at 01 August 2019. Was supposed to be delivered between 7-14 days. No response to emails sent or phone number never available. Please stay away from these people even if not wifi as I see they offer other products and services too.
