Poor service

Worst customer support ever. I requested to talk to a consultant, but was shrubbed off that they only have online communtication. Still waiting for an update on my order. The website indicates that the Item is packaged. Still hasnt been dispatched. 9 days since i ordered... (25th Aug)

Ive requested a refund if my order does not get shipped by Friday. 03 Sep 21.

Lets see what happens. Not sure if any of the 5 star reviews are real.
