Payment made, 3 months later still no delivery

Tech Global took my money for a PS5 on 10 December 21 after advertising that they had stock. At the end of Dec 21 my order status changed to "order couriered" and I still have not received anything. There is no physical address on their website there is no contact number. Noone responds to the mails sent to the email address provided. I have paid R11 999.00 and am trying to get my money back. I will be reporting this to the authorities.
