Ordered inverter, its been a month no, no replies, phone number doest work & blocked on Facebook

I have also ordered an inverter that was on special, the 1st few days they rep**** via email and then its stopped, im even blocked from chatting on Facebook to them. The order says couriered by they did not advise a waybill or courier name. They dont reply and with a few days, i see many many more people with the same issue.
