Order not fulfilled, no refund and no way to reach them
I ordered and paid for an invertor which was never delivered. Initially their turnaround time with answering emails was fantastic but once the money cleared, all our emails have gone unanswered. If you are reading this review, please take the time to scroll down as you should see a pattern - every 1 star review is then followed by multiple 5 star reviews. I would love to turn my 1 star into a 5 star so either refund the money I paid for the invertor or deliver the invertor. Also if you look in their privacy statement you will see a cell number - if you call it, it says the number is not valid.

26 Aug 2022, 10:03An update on my situation - I made contact with PayFast to see if they could provide some assistance. Sadly they could not as the supplier no longer had any funds in their acount. PayFast have however terminated their services with Tech Global so that should tell everyone something. I also contacted Absa ***** Department - I bank with Absa and they were able to credit my money which is fantastic and I am very grateful. Those who have paid and have not received their goods, do not give up. Explore all avenues and maybe like me, you may be lucky. I hope this helps.
